Can I place an order from your online shop if I live abroad?

Our online shop currently only offers delivery within the Federal Republic of Germany and Poland. If you are located outside of Europe, we are unable to process your order at this time. Returns & Refunds

Why is there no return slip included in my package?

According to our shipping conditions outlined in the Terms and Conditions, a return slip is included in every package to facilitate free return shipments. If you find that the return slip is missing from your package, please contact us via email at info@motion-fashion.de. We will promptly send you a new return slip.

To make the return process easier, you can also use the sample cancellation return form available in our Terms and Conditions. This form can guide you through the steps required for returning items.

When will my return be refunded?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. The refund process typically takes 3-6 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used PayPal, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to the same card.
